Data Mining Tools for all cancer cell lines

The data mining tools that have been on our Knowledge Base for many years were developed to allow users to access our functional genomics SQL database to rapidly identify key genomic features and drug sensitivities of over 60 breast cancer cell lines.  Recently, we have dramatically expanded the scope of our functional genomics data base to include data from approximately 900 human cancer cell lines of all cancer types.  The types of genomic data in our data base are:
  • copy number data
  • gene expression data
  • point mutation data
  • gene essentiality data (both from RNAi and CRISPR screens)
  • drug sensitivity data
Click here to get to the page that describes our Gene Query, Oncogene Signature, and Drug Sensitivity app for all cancer cell lines in the database.
Then, proceed to the KEGG Pathway Engine app to see graphical displays of gene expression, CRISPR or RNAi screen data projected onto any KEGG pathway of interest.  Once a particular pathway is chosen, one will obtain the actual data for a genes in the chosen pathway.
