The SUM breast cancer cell line gene search tool allows users to query our data base for the status of any gene, and obtain the data for the status of that gene in the entire panel of cell lines.
As with our other tools, the gene query brings up the gene status rank ordered by essentialness in the screen, along with genomic data, expression data, and druggability for that gene.
To perform a gene search either use the drop-down menu and scroll to your gene of interest, or click on the box containing the gene name and then type in the official gene symbol of the gene you want to search for.
