Proteomic analysis of the SUM cell lines. Graphs of key proteins

We have recently worked with the Reverse phase protein array core at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and they have provided us with comprehensive proteomic and phospho-proteomic data for the entire SUM cell line panel.

Our goal is to present the data to our users in several forms.

First, here is a down loadable PDF file showing the unsupervised cluster analysis for the entire proteomic data set. I realize that this is not tremendously useful, but it’s a start.

Second, I have scanned the data and generated bar graphs of select protein/phospho-protein sets that had wide variance across the cell line panel. These bar graph groupings are listed below. For each of the charts, click on the image to see a high resolution picture of the graph.

You can also download the PDF version containing all of the proteomics data shown above

And now, at last, click here for the proteomics and phosphoproteomics search tool to see the proteomics data for all of the proteins/phosphoproteins that are queried on the RPPA array.

You can also access the proteomics search tool from the Data mining tools for the SLKBase tab.
