I will not list the Oncogene Signature for this cell here because according to Cellosaurus, KPL1 is contaminated and appears to be a derivative of the MCF-7 cell line. Indeed, this cell line is ER-positive and HER2 negative, and has the same PIK3CA mutation as MCF7. You can use the Oncogene signature tool to look at the genes altered in this cell line, but keep in mind that this line is likely to be related to MCF-7.
