Following the cell line summaries, three tables outline the drug sensitivities for each model, categorized into three tiers:

Tier 1: Includes drugs targeting bona fide oncogenes with structural alterations and high sensitivity (Z-score <-1.5).

Tier 2: Identifies drugs where sensitivity correlates with gene essentiality in CRISPR or RNAi screens, regardless of genomic status, indicating a likely on-target effect.

Tier 3: Features drugs with high sensitivity (Z-score < -1.5) despite the target not being a ‘hit’ in functional screens. These cases often involve multiple drugs hitting the same target or a single drug inhibiting redundant isoforms (e.g., AKT1/2/3), which explains the disconnect between screen results and drug response.
